A new tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 250 miles southeast of the coast of southern/western Mexico. Experts are anticipating that Barbara will grow in power over the next few days. The storm is traveling northwestward at around 10 m
